Yesterday was d6L1, when do I move to level 2

I'm very new to dieting and exercising. I see everyone writing to eat the workout calories, I work long hours on 4 days of the week. I leave at 6am and return home at 9ish, so I do the 30 day shred for 20 min, is it bad for me to do that since I will go to bed with extra calories.

Today was my 3rd day of the shred. and CRMOM2, my legs are feeling it too. i dont own weights so i been using to cans of corn lol.... but yeah my legs are definitely feeling it..... yeahhhhh im excited that someone else is starting around my time too!! we can do it guys!!!

i did the day 1 today for the first time, can anyone tell me how to log that into my exercise, i cant seem to figure it out. thank you

what is this? from reading everyones post about it, it sounds like it works, i would love to try it. how much is it? i wanted to purchase Insanity but I cannot afford a payment of 129 and cant make a commitment to 40 a month for 3 months :( anyone now of any useful free sites where i can try a video or something. thanks.

I am allowed to eat all the veggies I want and most fruits, No bananas and very little pineapple and mangos, berries no more then a cup. as far as meat goes I can eat it once all the skin and fat is…
