thankyou for all your advice. I am eating foods which are high in fibre and protein throughout the day. If I feel the need to snack Ill just eat something likeva cereal bar which keeps me full until meal times. I dont get as many sugar cravings now and stay fuller for longer. I have also noticed that i am losing weight now…

Have you thought about getting you throids checked? If they're underactive you'll find it hard to lose weight because you're metabolism has been slowed down so you won't burn as many colories. well done for all your hard work. It sounds like you're determined.
