W4D1 in the books!! And I found that when I hit about the 3.5min mark, I start to get into kind of a groove...and it was a REALLY good run this morning!! I was scared of this week, a little, but now I'm feeling really good about myself today :smile:

DId W3D3 today...feeling good in that one and ready to tackle W4...during W3D1 my phone rang in the middle of the first 3 minute run and I didn't realize right away that it froze the timer, so I ran longer than 3 minutes...that little oops is really helping my confidence that I will be able to get through the 5 minute runs…

I love this thread! I log all of my food...but I do, occasionally "roll" my calories to the next day. So, for example, if I have an average breakfast and snack day, a big-ish lunch, and then get home and everyone else in my family wants pizza, I don't necessarily sit sulking in the corner with my salad that I had planned…
