SW - 159.8lbs Wk2 - 156.0lbs Wk3 - 153.6lbs Wk4 - 153.6lbs Wk5 - 151.8lbs Total loss of 8 lbs so far! :) 1 week to go would love to get into the 140's not sure if this will be possible but even if I stay the same as i am now I have seen great results with these motivational groups!! So proud of everyone!!

Ok so weighed in this morning - 153.6 - gained 0.4lbs this week, totally not as bad as I thought! Going to push hard to lose this week for next weeks weigh in :)

I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, completly forgot to do it this morning! Not got a good feeling though feel so bloated, think i'm retaining lots of water. We shall see what the scales say in the morning...

Strawberrys with a sprinkle are my saviour. I don't chop the strawberry up, keep them whole and it makes you think your eating more. You can also eat quite a lot for very few calories, your upping your fruit intake whilst also satisfying any sugar cravings :)

(18/02/2013) SW - 159.9lbs (25/02/2013) Week 2 - 156.0lbs (04/03/2013) Week 3 - 153.6lbs Total Loss = 6.3lbs GW by Easter - Was 151lbs I am now going to push to achieve 149lbs and get under the 150's! How has everyone else done?
