Just substitute things out- if you love burgers, get a turkey burger and have it on a wheat bun. that's 300 less calories. If you're eating tacos, put the meat on a lettuce wrap instead of flour tortilla- flour is not good to eat when you're trying to cut weight. Drink lots of water, and eat lots of raw veggies.
