I pretty much do the suggestion of logging everything I plan on eating during my work day - breakfast, snack, lunch and another snack - and then I know what I CAN eat for dinner. I definitely found this to be helpful in not overeating because I eat a bigger dinner and give myself enough time to go exercise afterwards…

Looked up information on this form of BC and like many other pill forms, one of the side effects is weight gain. Talk to you doctor about it and tell him/her that you are looking for something that doesn't have a high side effect of weight gain - your doctor should be a bit concerned if it's a big amount in a short time…

I use Endomondo too and it's been fairly close to what my HRM says (Endomondo says a little more but it's so convenient with the auto post to MFP that I just go off that and try and eat a little extra to make sure I am actually eating what I need to be). It's hard to say. You could go up on the scale but lose inches off your body. I don't know if I were to set a goal other then to maintain in the area of where I was (if I were you), as long as I am losing inches (because then you would be gaining muscle) and toning my body. Does that make sense?

Is their a limit to how many you can have as friends? Why would you want to delete them if they are inactive? I could only see deleting someone if they were rude to you - it isn't like they're posting to hog the news feed. But I do see why others delete more regularly they have their own valid points. :smile:
