  • Yeah, same as everyone else has mentioned. I usually do absolutely nothing the day before the race. I have been on a low carb diet, so about 3 days before the race, I will up my carb consumption. I would listen to your body. If you have the opportunity to run another race this year, try an experiment......rest the day…
