Thanks for all your messages. I'm not so great with protein, not a meat lover and very picky with fish. I don't know how I manage to be 500 under, it amazes me as I thought I ate like a horse! Guess I need to stop worrying so much about the sugar and eat abit more to make up my calories! Thanks!
