Always work from the top down, the paint on the floor will need to cure for at least a week before you walk on it anyway so best to do that last.

Worked for me - I gained a couple pounds in the first two weeks, but then I dropped it all - it got mae over my plateau.

I FINALLY broke my plateau after adding calories. Thank you guys for all your support. I feel so much better now.

HAHA - At Thanksgiving, my Uncle asked me how much I had lost - when I told him he said - that's the size of the turkey we are eating today. Needless to say - I enjoyed destrying that turkey :)

Come on, lose weight the safe way. There is no "magic pill." Why would you want to take crazy hormones and starve yourself? MFP is all about a healthy lifestyle. There is lots of support on here for people who want to do it the right way.

According to the book - for BMI over 25 Under 35 years of age, no workout = 1.5, Active Workout day= 1.7, Strenuous work and workout day= 1.9 Over 35 years of age, no workout=1.2, active workout day= 1.4, strenuous work and workout day= 1.6

just do it - start on the treadmill or on a track - start with C25K program or make up your own (that's what I did) I started out running as long as I could and then walk a couple minutes - then back to running. Once you get started, you'll want to keep challenging yourself. Make sure that you do strength training as well…
