For a tough workout, I use Bob Harper's Inside Out method. The dvd is an hour long. It gets your heart rate UP there!! It is not for someone who just rolled off the couch. You need weights-about 3-5 pounds.

I always say that my stomach claps when I do jumping jacks. It will go away. I am a fan of compression clothes.

It think it just depends on your body. Eat enough calories so you lose weight, but DON"T starve yourself. I have lost weight starving myself and all the weight just came back. I eat about 1300-1500 calories/day. I have lost 13 pounds since Jan. 7.:smile:
