The only time you truly fail is if you give up. You are never defeated until you stop trying to achieve your goals. You can do this!!!

First and foremost it is only harassment if the person being effected thinks it is harassment. Second a kiss on the cheek or hand is not sexual in nature at 6 years of age. The only person in this case that was affected was the teacher, because other kids said what happened and the teacher had to deal with it and choose to…

How your clothes fit and how you feel are the best ways to know you are making real progress. Weight is just a number, it is nice when you see the number going down but it isn't an indication of how well you are doing. You are doing an amazing job. One day the number will catch up to the progress you are really making.

Of this I am sure. Great job.

I really like the idea of the loop, but after chatting with polar tech support about the loop I can't see buying one. It doesn't link to any outside websites or apps and they do not plan on doing so anytime in the future. It can be used while swimming but the HRM wont work while swimming. I have the fitbit flex which I…

I agree go get fitted. I also agree support the store that helped you in the first place, that being said though, there is nothing to stopping you from this point forward from buying the same shoe online.
