I finished Level 2, Day 5 this morning! I woke up before my alarm, which is a good thing, so I knew this morning's workout would be easier to get through then the previous days. This is an incredibly intense workout, good job everyone for sticking it out!

I SO did not want to roll out of bed this morning to this... It is tough! I even thought about just doing it after work, then remembered it's supposed to be in the 70's and I thought the heat would make it really tough...that was enough for me to roll out of bed. I'm determined. I will make the 30-days.

I'm still here too. Level 2 day 4 done. I mentioned a while back that in the past when I tried this (never stuck to it), that I remembered liking Level 2.... I, for the life of me, can't think what ever possessed me to say that OR think it was true. I now, strongly believe level 2 is trying to kill me! LOL :noway: But I…

Feel free to add me. I competed in Olympic Powerliftng in the late 90's then switched over to bodybuilding but have taken the last year off from lifting and am now getting back into it. I love it, I should have never stopped but muscle has memory and I'm counting on that! LOL

I will have to do this after work. I ran short on time this morning due to lack of sleep! But I will get on it right after work and then hit the treadmill. Have a great weekend everyone!

I'm down .3 moving slow but it's the right direction so I'm happy!

I'm in Eugene too.

That's why I never made it passed day 3 in the past. It kills my knees. Same thing this time but on day 4 it started getting better. My knees crackle REALLY bad, I'm talking people can hear them. One of my trainers had to walk away when I did the leg sled because it grossed him out. But normally they don't hurt, just make…

Day 10 of level one finished this morning!!! I am so proud I made it 10 days in a row! I feel better and my stomach is definitely flatter and my waist is a little smaller! I can feel my hamstrings popping through. I'm so excited to start Level 2 tomorrow! Congrats everyone!

I did mine this morning too and I was starving by the time I got to work (2-1/2 hrs later). I will be out of town the 26th & 27th so I'm going to double up on the 25th and the 28th so I don't get behind.

Excellent job!!! Keep up the good work!

I will do this after work. I felt crappy all night and woke up feeling worse so there was no way jumping around and lifting weights sounded good, I would have never made it through. I hope whatever bug I had, or tried to get is clearing up. I feel better but I also have ibuprofen in me. My prime workout time is between…

WOW Shaky excellent job! You're hard work shows!! Thanks for sharing!

Great job everyone! Day 7 completed this morning! I too struggled this morning with the jumping jacks in the beginning, I think I was still half asleep! If I remember correclty when I tried this before I skipped around trying all three workouts and I liked workout 2 the best so I'm looking forward to starting that in 4…

EXCELLENT job everyone! I laid in bed this morning praying for some magical energy to hit me full force.... It didn't happen so I rolled out of bed, after laying there for 15 extra minutes. I knew this would cut into my shower time but I needed it. I realized that the pushups are easier and I can now make it through the…

I completed day 3 this morning, it was tough for me, I was exhausted but I'm determined to make it to the finish line this time and I was feeling much better by the end of the workout. It's been a very busy day so I'm just getting on here now to check in. My weight has stayed the same but I know for a fact it would be up a…

Oh these are the hardest! I forgot about working early yesterday so I had my day one at 7pm and day 2 at 7am this morning (to get back on track for morning workouts) and I'm telling you, a body needs more than 12 hours between workouts! It was tough, but I made it through!
-
Excellent job everyone! I completely forgot I had to go in to work early today so I will do my day 1 tonight! I'm so glad we have this group of awesome ladies!
-
Good job to the ladies who jumped right in and gave it a go!!! I, for one, am waiting until the 1st because I am NOT a morning person and that's the only time I have to do the workout so I'm milking every last morning of sleeping in a little that I can. LOL On the plus side, I love this workout because it's not too long so…

Perfect!!! I did not reach my goal this time, I will do much better with this next challenge. Thanks for putting these together :drinker:
-
My calories have been under control and I've managed to get in exercise most days. I found that my body really reacts to running bleachers and the track, sadly, due to the weather, I've only made that one day so far. I plan on it tonight. I'm all alone this weekend, much needed, I do so well when I don't have to cook or…

HAHAHA This is SO true. I have to avoid the alcohol because not only does this happen to me but I also think I can continue to eat anything and everything, hungry or not. I'll be doing a lot of cardio prior to the game.

I'm Tamra, 45 years old, mother, grandmother, I live in Oregon (Go Ducks), former power lifter. Up until I was 44-1/2, age was just a number but somewhere after that I started feeling it soI need a kick start and I know Jillian can do it! I'm 99% sure I'm doing a sprint triathlon this summer so I need to get moving!
