After my first week...
I'm loving this program! I feel so strong and I really like the workout. It's go so quick but I definitely get a little sweat on the brow! I need to drop some more bf so I'm doing cardio on my off days. This is a switch, I use to do cardio every day. I feel good. So motivating!

May 9th - Workout 2
I'm starting workout 2 tonight. I try to get the workouts in before work but things didn't go my way this morning so I'll be Rippin in this evening! How's everyone doing?

This was my second day and I was a little worried since I didn't get to the 1st workout until last night and I usually like more than 10 hours between my workouts but it went great! I love workout 1. I was happily surprised by my energy level this morning! I'm not sure I'll be able to make up the workouts I'll be missing but I'm pumped thining of starting Ripped in 30! Have a great weekend everyone.

Oye.. This morning was tough. I was wiped out from yesterday, I think I was fighting a bug because I felt weak all day. It's day 8 of Level 2. Starting Level 3 on Sunday! I have to double up twice during this last phase because I'll be out of town and not able to do it. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
