Hi everyone, I'm looking for like minded bodybuilders. I can't seem to find serious lifters, they all start making excuses 2-3 weeks in and I end up training alone... again! OR they don't want to go that heavy.... really?!?! I've been lifting heavy for years and I don't look anything like Phil Heath! Trust me, bulking up is a lot harder then people think. Add me if you lift. :)
