Oye.. This morning was tough. I was wiped out from yesterday, I think I was fighting a bug because I felt weak all day. It's day 8 of Level 2. Starting Level 3 on Sunday! I have to double up twice during this last phase because I'll be out of town and not able to do it. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Today is going to be a planned rest for me. I stayed up late and watched Scandal, love that show! Plus I'm meeting friends for a night out tonight. Have a great weekend! So glad it's FRIDAY, is it 5 o'clock yet??!0

Day 18 completed! So excited to leave this level in the dust watched level 3 yesterday and although it looks hard I think I will like it more. Great job everyone!!0

Level 2 Day 29 complete! One more day for Level 2 and then on to Level 3! I'm with you Jade. I haven't looked at it but I hope it's o.k.!0

Since I started several days before I found this group, I am a little ahead.
I started level 3 today (day 1 level 3)
I personally thought it wasn't too bad compared to level 2, less shoulder burn. But I used lighter weights (3lb) and did the modified version of some moves.
There are some killer burns though, I thought the sumo squat jumps were never going to end.
I am definitely losing some inches with the 30 Day Shred, I have several more inches to go though. I hope by the end I can figure out what to do next to make it happen. Maybe Ripped in 30.0 -
I started level 3 as well today and was thrown off by those walking push ups. I totally forgot about them from the first time I did the program. The jumping lunges are too much for my knees so I will be doing the modified version the entire duration of level 3. I kind of like level 2 over level 3 since my upper body strength has increased and I did not struggled nearly as hard this time around compared to the first time doing the shred. I will say that this level went by QUICK!!! I could not believe how fast I was done. My type of workout!0
