I totally need an accountability partner. I have health issues also and it’s so hard to be motivated! (Broken back, thyroid issues). Need to lose weight for general health but also to prepare for back surgery.

I just have to say that your weight loss is fantastic- but your words are transformational. Your daughter was right, you needed to post this. For I know that I am not the only one that needed to read this. Thank you for your wisdom today. Congratulations!

Wondering about what happened... I have found out today that I may have a tumor but it is more likely pseudotumor cerebri... very scared and nervous about what is gonna happen at my MRI on Friday.

You aren't alone... I have had this for over 10 years and it is rough. I have found that I can't lose weight at all no matter how clean I eat. The ONLY way for me to lose weight is to eat clean and work out. I take some supplements that my chiropractor gave me (sold me) but I don't really notice a difference.

I have a Polar FT4.... I love it. It wasn't too expensive. I think it was 70 or so. I know that might seem kinda expensive but it is a great investment in this journey you are on. Once you get it, you will hate to work out without it. Good luck on your journey. Add me if you would like.. you can never have too much…

The pooch is totally from the c-sections... there is a distinct line where the scar is and the pooch is over it. Mine is horrible. All look great except the last one... doesn't flatter your great figure. my favorite and the one I think looks awesome on you is the black, pink and white one... it has a great top that flatters your chest.

A long time ago, I did the normal bra under a sports bra but It bothered me with the underwire... and I hated to get my normal bras so sweaty since I had to buy the expensive ones. I used to wear two sports bras together, like an above poster mentioned, one a little snug and then one that fits well... kept them pretty well…

I am not allowed to (banned) because my vains roll and hide. They say that they do that when they have been poked too many times. Maybe after I get lower they won't be able to hid as much and I can start donating again. :-)
