Bravo! Great job....way to resist those little Lucifers!

Aasics all the WAY! I have wide feet, so their shoes are the most comfy to me....I'm even large in the heel so men's sizes fit better...I'm a freak, but they are a great all around shoe for hiking, biking, walking, running, and all that's in between!

Absolutely! The thing with cravings is that if you don't satisfy them, you continue to eat everything but what you really want. Exercise more and eat your craving in moderation and you'll be amazed at how satisfied you feel!

The government potentially passing a law that requires all food makers and restaurants to show nutritional information for their food.

Sounds like it could maybe be your achilles tendons....you may have stretched or torn them.....proably should consult a doctor regardless!

If you are actively exercising and weight training then the extra proteing is great for you.....will help you build up muscle!

I weigh myself daily....this is just for my own reference (adjusting for sodium intake and non-exercise days)...every morning when I get up after I go to the bathroom. I'll weight myself after exercising too just for kicks.

Buy a Bolthouse Farms 32 oz. purely chocolate drink.....its got an insane amount of protein in the whole thing, plus tons of nutrients and its like 640 calories for the whole thing....and it tastes GREAT!

Elliptical!....I have been able to burn 815 calories in 62 minutes on resistance level 3......makes you feel great!

These are a little more, but they do the trick: Smart Ones Double Fudge Cake....170 calories Skinny Cow Mint Ice cream Sandwiches (they're huge...you can cut them in half).....140 calories for a whole!

I usually exercise 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at night....I get home from work around 4, so I don't get my second spurt of energy until about then....and I build up the "swift kick in the pants" psyche I need to walk over to the gym. Of course it helps that the gym is only across the road from me!

You could have tendonitis as a result of your previous injury....I would suggest buying a knee brace for aerobic exercise and see if you can't find an indoor pool around somewhere....the best way to work out pain free! And go see a doctor! Don't want to make a troublesome problem even worse by straining it further

Stick with it! You are totally right! They'll be singing a different tune when you are thin and stay thin and your sister gains back everything she lost on her "Fad" diet. Don't lose heart....exercise and healthy eating habits are the way to go!

You don't need to eat all of your exercise calories. In fact, if you don't feel hungry after exercising, don't! Listen to your body. Eat your alotted calories for the day (no less than 1200) and call it good.....unless you feel hungry that is. High fiber and high protein foods keep you fuller longer, so you may just not…

Well you will find great accountability, but more than anything.....support! Any question, frustration, and/or celebration will be shared by all here. God luck eating healthier! It's a great and rewarding journey, enjoy the ride!

From what I understand, it is okay to be over on protein. It makes you feel fuller. However, as I undersand it (via my boyfriend -whose and active weight trainer), if you are actively working out, then there's nothing wrong with some extra protein. Protein is used to help your body continue to build muscle, so it is…

Swimming! Low impact and great for you. The buoyancy of the water gives you a great workout without making anything hurt. If you have a local indoor pool somewhere, it may be worth it to get a trial membership....who knows, you may love it and want to keep going. As for the plateau, switch up foods. Over time, our bodies…

What you are seeing is completely normal! The larger you are, generally the more you will lose in the first week or two. I've lost 7.5 lbs. in only 2 days (this being my first week also). Just maintain your required calories, keep drinking that water and avoid too much sodium and you'll continue to see weight come…

I just started my "lifestyle change" 2 days ago. Yesterday was my first day of exercise....and mine ended with the same results. Mine was more a result of drinking too much water afterwards, but spewing what was left of lunch and all that water was the end result. YUCK! But don't feel discouraged....in a way puking just…
