Multivitamins make me feel weak and tired after taking them for some reason. I tried many brands and I get the same reaction. I stopped taking them all together and get my vitamins from food.

I started at 383 lbs. It was about 3 years ago though. I did the atkins thing for awhile and lost alot of weight but felt miserable , and weak the whole time. It got me down to 270 lbs and I decided to change things up and started counting calories and adding a variety of foods in my diet. I now weigh 187 lbs and feel alot…

When I go I get the smallest steak and lowest cal count. I think its the 6 oz steak (256 cals) meal and the salad bar comes with it. I also ask if I can replace the baked potato with steam broccoli. I kinda go crazy with the salad bar I'm not gonna lie lol I love their salad bar.

I do cardio once or twice a week either a 30 minute jog or 30 minutes on the elliptical. So other than that I'm mostly strength training. I think cardio is more preference. Do what you want with it.

I started using coconut oil last week and I noticed I have more energy then I did before and I'm fuller for hours after meals. Its a great feeling! I'm using the brand Nutiva extra virgin coconut oil that I ordered from Amazon.

I can eat chicken breast everyday and oatmeal love it. Today I treated myself to a pint of ice cream Its been awhile since I had it.

Take a couple of days to rest. For me I double up on fish oil omega-3's. Since I started taking them I recover much quicker and no more joint pains.

Things I have used are splenda, cinnamon, peanut butter, protein powers and cut up fruits, apples or strawberries.

Cinnamon rolls, Pizza and any candy or ice cream with peanut butter.......I love peanut butter! =D
