I stopped my soda addiction with water and lots of it. The first couple of days were really hard. I did chew alot of gum during this time funny you mentioned that. I'm trying to kick my splenda addiction.

It don't mind me none I've been ignored almost my whole life so I always kept to myself but since I joined MFP I actually opened up a little and posted some pictures that many in my family never seen.

Pumpkin spice flax granola bars?!? How are they? They sound very tasty lol. The new additions to my diet are greek yogurt and coconut oil.

I love peanut butter to death its my absolute favorite thing to eat.I agree that PB2 is the best for the lowest calorie count. Stay away from the Walden farms peanut spread its disgusting. My day was peanut butter loaded and itfeelsgoodman! =D

I always go over my protein. I like my chicken well meat in general I'm a carnivore lol.

drea0703-Thanks! Its been a long journey for me! Its been almost three years now. It was lots of trial and error. I didn't know nothing about nutrition or exercising. The atkins diet was huge at the time in my family so I did that for awhile.

1- Gym 4-5 times a week. Lifting heavy and cardio on off days. I run 2 miles on the treadmill or on the elliptical. I been doing this routine for about a year. 2- My RHR is 43-45. Oatmeal, cereal, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, apples, protein powder and my favorite a spoon straight into the jar! =D I love peanut butter always have.

I use Nutiva extra virgin coconut oil. It has a mild coconut taste but I like it.

Yes and bores the family. So I try not to talk about anything fitness or calorie related.

When the family gets on my case for logging and weighing my food! For some reason it drives them crazy. I tell them don't worry about what I'm doing.

1. Oatmeal 2. Eggs 3.Meats chicken breast and pork chops. 4. Frozen veggies broccoli and green beans. 5 Peanut Butter and PB2. If there was a number 6 and 7 in the topic then I would add extra virgin coconut oil and Sriracha I love this stuff have it with almost all my meals.

When I was in my teens I was a huge fan of a band called Unwritten Law. I also played a game called Diablo II all day and night lol and TheUnwritten was my user name. It just stuck with me so I continue to use. Its also my gamertag on the xbox 360 and playstation network.

Mines open. I enjoy what I eat and have whatever I want as long as it fits my macros.
