  • going up to level 2 soon....aaaah i'm scared!!! the first day of level one i wanted to die!! but i'm trying to be ready by doing all the advanced moves...SUPER tired!!!
  • only did half my goal yesterday :( but i'm getting to my 5 min mile goal!! i was at 6 mins 40 secs about but yesterday i did a mile in 6 mins :) pretty happy about that
  • Thursday= 20 of jogging Friday= 20 work out (30 day shred) Saturday= 20 jogging Sunday= rest day Monday= 25 minutes of jogging and aerobics Wednesday=25 minutes, 20 for 30 day shred, 25 for cardio work out total= 110 mins 250 mins left!!

  • same way...it depends on the flavor really. my main favorite are caramel and vanilla...caramel is like double the calories!!! :( so when i'm going out for coffee at like dunkin donuts i get vanilla..a small iced with cream sugar and vanilla is 150 which i don't think is so bad. also you can look into the starbucks frapps…

  • if you can then hell yeah me...i HATE to run, and that will never be my choice of exercise lol but i know so many people who LOVE doing it yes, train...no use hurting yourself and who knows? this could become your new favorite hobbie :)
