as others have said they are very big to start with , and do like 6 hours in the gym a day , their weight loss normally does not stay as high when they get to a smaller weight , dont try and lose that much at once just end up putting it all back on

i do most of the time , I am already only eatting 1300 cals a day and if I burn about 500 cals a day I will end up not able to do anything , I try to leave abit of a gap just incase the exercise cals arent totally accurate . Lets me away with my hot chocolates and coffees without so much guilt

only 1231 cals down but is making it feel so much more do-able ... good luck everyone , it isthe start day three for me (time zone is wrong on my ticker) already feeling fitter

I have just changed my cal goal so monday was just right and tuesday I slept most of the day so eatting would of been silly :L but will defo try and get my three meals in a day . and melaniecheeks I make an awesome bloody mary supposedly but if you have any cosmos kicking around Id be up for that :D

I really like my fruit , it keeps my from wanting sweets am thinking of sticking with herbal teas again isnt of so much fruit and coffee , and tomato jucie *ergh* not a big fan at all .

ran out of fruit jucie anyway :L do not want to sound silly but what are good protein foods ? I am doing cross trainier 30mins-45 mins a day work as a waitress so lots of walking and stair climbing , work with children as well so normally playing a lot of games with them and walk to my jobs , do not know if this is enough…

maybe not eatting enough , or to much sugar , since I can't see ywhat you are eatting I can not really tell you. But you are losing weight might be coming of slowly but at least it is going so try not to stress to much

its two pounds less than i was so it cant be a bad thing , been using the same scales wearing nothing and using it in the same place to try and keep it on the right track ... im going with the water and hoping it keeps dropping down , just dont wanna lose it too quick that isnt good for you or so ive been told

i work as a waitress/barista there is no way in hell id be carry hot coffee in a bikini im clumbsy (not to mention coffee sales would go way down )

my sugar is always over , i love fruit and fruit jucie ... like if i dont have it for the day i crave it and get really grumpy , its not even bad sugar its fruit hope it isnt a bad thing ,, fruit is good for u so cant be all bad

stick to one set of scales , could just be with where they are placed on the floor and silly things like that , i used to freak because there was a 5 pound differnce between my home scales and my doctors one , so keep going by the one you use always

Do not compare yourself to others you are young still and thats about when my eatting got distructive because i became obsessed with how my naturally slim friends looked ... you will grow and gain weigh , loss weight and all those other fun things that come with being a teenager you are exersizing well just remember to eat…

be careful with weight loss teas and pills you might find urself stuck on the loo all day they are basically latatives in tea form ... and pills some do not work some make u sick if u eat to much. best stick to good healthy diet and exersize

I am so bad for slipping up so i have swapped all my fave things for low fat or low sugar alternatives, I make sure people around me know I am trying to lose weight so they stop me from cheating and push me when I get a little lazy.
