check out this site www.shrinkyourself.com i used it years ago and it massively reduced my binges..im not completely cured..lol..but it was a massive helf i also read a book called overcoming emotional eating from amazon..again amazing book

thanks..i deleted goals and it stayed at 1350 so im not doubling up...upped weight loss goals to 2 pound a week so now its back to 1200 BUT i train hhard and will need to eat my exras..think my goal is to use calories up with food...less snacks!! Good calories not BAD ones

well done...i do a 5km run every saturday. only done it twice without stopping so far, hopefully wont stop this week. when i ahve done it non stop i can manage about 35 mins so im pleased well done for going without stopping...you've set the bar now....non stop everytime

Well monthlys have started (finally) so i will resist the demon scales until its all over..so official weigh in sometime ove rthe weekend..until then i train, stay focused and stick to my cals..wish me luck and thanks for the replies people

You deprived yourself of nights out....so when you needed one you went over the top and had a few!! Done be hard on yourself...if you are goodf the majority of the time then one night wont hurt. You may weigh more the next day (so dont weigh yourself) BUT i call this temporary stodge...as if you get back on it straight…

Thanks both of you. My myscles do ache so hoping the days rest will help today. 6 pounds? wow that would really demoralise me. Yes i have told myself i wont weigh til after my Period but i did have a peak today. No more scales. Ill just try carry on doing what im doing and have faith in the programme. Came on the boards…

The protein is deffo low on here If you train/do some exercise you should have about a gram of protein for 1pound of weight so if you are bigger you can get away with way more protein keeps you fuller longer too

Hi another Brit here (Brummie to be exact) Yeah the database is fine for uk foods....except when it gives you a 'cup' as a measurement. Even when i lived in the US i never understood that conept....i mean i got some pretty big cups...lol
