5km PB
Just got a PB on my saturday morning park run...started doing this on 14 may and my slowest time was 35mins 57 seconds. Today i did it in 34mins 1 second....felt half a stone heavier due to torrential rain too wanted to share as i am quite pleased with myself....will i ever be able to do one in under 30 mins>??????? yeah!!!

HELP RE FITNESS GOALS
ok on the goals page if i dont put any fitness i get 1200 cals a day If i put 2 weorkouts i get 1350 So ive been using 1350. BUT then i record my fitness and eat some of the cals back. Am i counting fitness cals twice?? should i put zero for fitness then add it daily as i do it? i feel like im having them twice..hence me…

Someone please explain. I know that I have my calories and if I exercise I can chose to eat them or not BUT I don’t understand why they display it how they do EG for today My daily calories is 1370 and I have earned 501 from exercise so if I chose to eat them all the total is 1870 so far so good.
