Break your goals down. Makes you realise how achieveable they are. I thought I had loads to lose…BUT having worked it out so I know what my total should be I then worked out my half way mark and the quarter mark..and guess what..ive already passed a quarter.. and less than 8 pounds to go to the half way mark…sounds easy..lol
