This morning, I was finally able to fit into my old size 6 pants again after 3 years of being overweight (after 2 babies). It was a little snug just a few weeks ago, but now it fits perfectly. Two more sizes to go to get to my goal of size 2. I know I can get there.

Hey, 30 lbs is A LOT for a smaller person. It's a big achievement. I also discovered JM through MFP too and her workouts have been my favorite out of all the videos I've ever tried.

Great job! It would help if those who post pics of themselves give us a summary of what they did to help them. Sure, it doesn't work for everyone, but I always find helpful tips from everyone.
