I'm in dire need of motivation and support!!! I have 87 days left until my wedding and I can't fit my dress. I've gained about 25-30lbs over the past year and a half and feel so uncomfortable with the extra poundage. The sad part is I know exactly what to do and how to do it but can't find the motivation/discipline…
