I am in Corpus Christi.....just moved here last Aug..I exercise early in the morning as it is very humid here.....or go to the gym for Zumba class. I am am SF Bay Area girl so this heat is something to get used to!

63 inches...just turned 58 on 17 Oct......still trying to lose the wt I gained living in Nebraska.....I now live in sunny South Texas so I am not stuck inside during the fall & winter months....I am counting on this helping me get back into my healthy routine My goal is to loose 20lbs.....!!!! :smile:

Sounds like your body thinks it is in starvation mode since you exercise too much & have so little caloric intake. Our body chemistry will hoard fuel if it thinks it will be starving. Probably the reason you are not showing any difference on the scale. I agree with the others...add some more healthy calories to your daily…
