  • I have slacked a bit on my exercise. I know I need to pick it back up to where it was. I was exercising cardio and weights about 5 - 6 times per week but wasn't focusing so much on food. Now I am focusing more on less food I am exercising less. I can't seem to get them both together. My goal this week is to get in 4 days…
