I think I was 160 in a size 10, I am 5'4". I'm 150 now and comfortable in a size 8. I just bought a dress that's a size 6 and just a tad too snug for 8 hour work day comfort (mini goal!)

dog 1 - mini blinds, a kennel (two plastic ones - an entire whole so she could get out). door nobs, wood dog 2 - the collar off the other dog. we have to use a metal/chain collar on dog 1 now.

That's a great idea!! i'm always looking for ideas to keep my hubby and son happy and full and me under calories/carbs and sugars. oh i also cook Jamie Eason's turkey meatloaf muffins at least once a week. It's a hit for all of us and works for all of us!
