I am Cathy and I live in Ishpeming. I have about 75 lb to lose. I know it might earn me negative feedback but I am looking into bariatric surgery. I can be a source of support and motivation but I tend not to have any for myself. Feel free to add me.:happy:

I don't know much about it. Does it have to be done outside or can u use a treadmill? It gets VERY cold where I live and lots of snow so I don't want to try it outside, plus I'm to embarrassed to do it in public.

Stick with it, it does get easier. I'm still on level 1, 2 weeks later but eventually I'll get to level 2. I'm sure it'll be tough but we can do it! It is frustrating though. Especially when Jillian says in the video if you are on day 5 or 6 your endurance should be up, mine isn't!

Most days I eat Kashi Go Lean Toasted Berry Crumble and instead of milk, I use an 80 cal. yogurt. I like the sweet of the yogurt and the crunch of the Kashi, very tasty. Sometimes I will have fruit with it.
