I still drink, but I've switched what I drink. My husband is a musician and plays a lot of breweries. I've given up my beloved craft beer for vodka and seltzer with a splash of crystal light. Doesn't seem to affect my weight loss at all, but I don't go overboard and only really drink on weekends.

Around 10 lbs gone I could see a difference in my face and other people started noticing as well. I seem to always lose my weight from the top down. I wish it would go the other way first :smile:

Late to this post but in the same boat if anyone wants to add me. I am a mom to 3. 17, 8 and 7 weeks! This last pregnancy was extremely rough and I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Looking to drop about 45 lbs.

I am on it and i actually found that i eat less. I dont think it's the medication itself that makes people gain weight, more so the way they deal with stress and depression, by eating more. It actually seems to be more of an appetite suppresant for me.

Kickboxing. I love it. It's an intense workout and such a good stress relief. The class is fun and high energy and I need something like that to keep me going.

I follow my grandmothers recipe, and my sauce is delicious. Meat is the key. I make a big batch every Sunday. I tried it since a friend was selling it. It didn't work at all and gave me a rash on my stomach. Several of my friends tried it and it didn't work for any of them.

Agreed. I'm also from Buffalo (Go Sabres!!) and I eat wings all the time and it doesn't effect my ability either. Pizza, on the other hand, that's a different story :)

Sugar free choc pudding cup with a spoonful of cool whip on top. That or sugar free jello is perfect for me when I want a snack and dont want to turn to ice cream.
