My favorite dish in the crockpot is 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 large jar medium salsa and 1 can drained blackbeans. I season with some pepper and cumin, cook on low for 7-8 hours.

My go to crockpot recipe. 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1 can Black beans, 1 large jar salsa. Cook on low for 8 hours. It shreds up nice, top with some shredded cheese ond a little sour cream.

The only real time I have to work out is on my hour lunch everyday, even if it's just going outside for a jog. I'm lucky, though, that I have a gym at work that offers Spinn, Yoga, Pilates and a trainer.

That would be tasty too! I use a pound but spread it out over a large dish, so there isnt a large amount of sausage in each piece.
