  • I use different flavored extracts (strawberry, almond, maple) depends what I'm in the mood for. I also us PB2 which is a powder peanut butter - it only has about 30 calories per TBSP and tastes just like peanut butter.

  • My trainer at the gym says I should always start by doing 5-10min of cardio to get your heart rate up and then weights. But you can do cardio after weights too because clearly 10min of cardio is not enough!
  • Thanks for all the input!!! I go to 'nutrition classes' (similar to weight watchers) every Thurs evening and weigh-in. I usually try to workout in the morning if possible but was just wondering if there was any truth to what I had been told!! Thanks all!!
