I take a "treat day or two" this includes a night out with adult beverages and greasy food to cure the hangover. Maybe break up your treadmill rountine ...30 min say a 6 am and 30 min at 6pm (up to you of course)....I know how busy us moms can be, but it will pay off. I don't know the price but if you stick to whole foods or single name ingredients, you'll do a tremendous job. Small meals a day. Including a protein, veggie, and carb. You'll eventually stay full and get sick of eating. :) Save your money.
