Here's one I like - one pot easy meal, also freezes well. Made them this weekend. I used a whole egg and fat free greek style yoghurt and they turned out great. I made them plain and served them with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey, 1/2 portion was plenty for me ! Great job, I think this will be a regular weekend treat. Thanks !

Maybe you could try a calorie goal for each meal, and try hitting that rather than looking at the day as a whole which might seem a bit overwhelming. I've had this happen to me - straight after starting 30ds it came nearly 2 weeks early, I hadn't been exercising regularly before that. I'm seeing my dr soon so will check in with her but i've had this sort of thing before on changes in exercise , diet or medication so i'm not too concerned.

I love Graze - Why dont i buy it all in the supermarket ? because I dont want to have to spend time portioning it all up and working out the calories. Also they have great choice and i've had things off them i've never seen in the supermarket. I'm willing to pay the extra for the choice and convenience.

well it did it, despite being up since 4 am. It was woeful if i'm honest, i was just too tired, the hotel room was too hot and the floor too slippery, but nevermind. Did tonights too, better than last night, back on home soil for tomorrow. whoop !

Great tip on the landings , will give it a try barefoot and try to focus on absorbing the shock like you said. Yeah think I will stick to level 2 for now , hopefully will be able to start level 3 on Friday - good idea using water bottles as weights too, thanks ! :)
