^All of this. I do not like exercising and going to the gym or classes is pretty inconvenient right now. This is why I love the 30DS. I can do it at home and in 25 mins. Do I "enjoy" doing it ? No , not really. I do, however, love the results.

I love the 30 DS and have been doing it as part of my regular work out for 5 months now, and there are still exercises I can't fully do or find tough. I've lost 22 lbs altogether and have only lost 1 inch off my rib cage. I don't tend to store much fat there anyway, it's all on my stomach and hips. So bascially I'm still wearing the same bras.

Though this can also be an indicator that something is wrong. Any bleeding between periods I would (and have) get checked out with a dr, just to be safe.

You don't need to do the 30DS every day - go at your own pace. I did it 4 days a week and still saw great results. I used it to get back into exercise after a long break (talking years here) and I feel like my fitness improved really quickly.
