  • You can train your core everyday, just don't over do it. There are like 10 different core muscles, so keep that in mind. If you're just focusing on abs, one day you might do upper, then lower, then obliques(external/internal)...then repeat.
  • Peanut butter, avacado, coconut. The only problem with these types of foods is that since they have high fat content they'll also make you want to eat less. You could always try adding in a weight gainer or some protein supplements.
