Yeah, I was wondering about that. I am going to start with 5 per day, and if that's too much, I may switch to 10 ever other day. But 150 total by the end of October!

Absolutely. I did the onehundredpushups program a year ago, and I want to do it again, with a little extra for fun. So yeah! Just as longs as it is pushing up!

I'm planning on doing mine in groups throughout the day. Just as long as I get them all in!

A couple of ideas: 1) keep up with the modified pushups until you can do more than 15 or 20 without getting winded or have muscle failure. As you are able to do more modified, you will be building the strength your arms and chest need to do a full push up 2) Try a negative push up: thats where you start at the top of a…

Day 1 - 50 squats - COMPLETED Day 2 - 55 squats - COMPLETED Day 3 - 60 squats - COMPLETED Day 4 - 65 squats - COMPLETED Day 5 - 70 squats - COMPLETED Day 6 - 75 squats - COMPLETED; and just for fun, I went ahead and made them back squats, with 90 pounds added! WOOHOO this is AWESOME!
