This is something that has just hit me in the last 6 months or so, I would say in my case and hopefully many of the rest of you is just poor habit, something you and I can both change with some will power. The winter months just got to me this winter( empty house syndrom in my case) out of boredom with no kids to take care…

I am in, I did so good for well over a year and have fallen off the wagon BIG TIME!!! I am back on and need the same motivation to get back on track. Thanksgiving will be hard but I am determined to loose at least 5 lbs by christmas and hope for the 10 I gained back to be gone by New years :0) *** Best of luck to all!

Absolutely, count your biking miles, whatever makes you happy, although, biking miles add up faster you see if you can surpass 100 miles in one month :0)

Count me in, anyone feel free to add me, I am always looking for new motivation. I have noticed adding more people helps me do better! Happy to add anyone that LOGS on and attempts to stay with the programs, I have found some really good meal ideas and some other good little tricks from others on here and hope to continue…

I am in, have walked 112 miles in the last 2 months and set up a new challenge for 300 miles in the next two months during the football season. Good luck everyone to meet your goal!

I don't know if it will help or not, it should, but don't eat the calories you burn, only eat the amount of calories you are allowed per day. If you stay under your calories for the day and burn more calories, you should loose quick. Pretty much guaranteed to loose if you don't cheat :0) Best of luck to you....YOU can do…
