You look great! I sooooo want to do the same! I do fine for breakfast and lunch when I am at wokr, its when i get home it all goes downhill!!! Any suggestions for me?

Hello, I just recently joined MFP and am in need of some motivation! One of my biggest problems is that half the time I eat when I am not even hungry. Like when its dinner time at home, I just go ahead and eat with the family. Would really like to lose about 40 pounds!
