I'm a roller coaster MFP member and want to loose slowly and keep it off this time. I'm 5'4 CW 187 and my goal is based on how my clothes feel. I want to be size 10 and would be happy with that. Think that brings my GW around 160. Feel free to add me as I need encouragement. Have a great day!

Hi I would like to loose 10 lbs and my start is 182. I would be happy with 8 lbs but shooting for 10. This will help me get the boost I need as I'm starting out again.
