I'm 4'11 and currently at 109...working back down to 105 (my summer weight). :) I think a lot depends on your frame.

You look great, and I agree--that dress is way too big! I can tell your brain hasn't caught up with your weight loss yet. :) Everyone I know who has lost weight (myself included) has experienced the same thing. Congrats and keep up the good work!

1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt 1/2 a frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice 2 tbsp whey protein 1.5 tbsp flax seed 1 tsp or so of honey It's so good and actually quite filling!
