I have. I do mostly cardio (running, step aerobics, etc) and have lost around 50 lbs and built muscle over the last year. Now though I am planning to tone up even more by adding in more weight liftting.

I completed C25K last year and loved it. It really did ease me back into running after taking a break for a few years to have my kids. I like Old Navy Flirt jeans. I think they're supposed to be boot cut but they look straight leg to me. And they're not very expensive.

I actually enjoy pushing myself when I exercise. The more sweat and burn, the more I enjoy my workout. And I love to see the huge calorie burn!

You should give it a try. The program really does start you off slowly and gradually builds you up to running 3 miles. I loved it!

Awesome job! I completed C25K last year and loved it!!! Now I run 5-6 days per week and feel healthier than ever. Keep up the great work!

There are a couple of guys that hit on me regularly at the gym but they're harmless and it doesn't bother me. One always gets on the treadmill next to me and then comments on how I'm putting him to shame. Other than that, I just typically I keep my headphones turned up and pretty much ignore everyone while I'm working out.

I have been at my goal weight for about 2 months and my total calories for the day is set at 1540 to maintain. When I exercise I always eat back the calories burned while exercising. Also 1 day per week I eat pretty much whatever I want. So far that has worked for me and I have not gained any back and my body is continuing…
