If you have the room, I'd pile rather than bin. Piling it up is free. But it just depends on your yard. I have a pile I try to turn frequently and sometimes mix in shredded paper from work (acidic). I also have a "tumbler" that came with a base, but instead I roll it around the yard and let the good stuff leach into the…

I have been enjoying the fake crab sealegs on salads. But I see that they are LOADED with sodium, so I'm cutting back.

Hummus is good with some veg or crackers. YES, many office fridges are gross. If you can toss a freezer pak into the bag, you don't have to use the fridge... but you do have to remember to bring it home and put it back in the freezer.

It's really hard to get over a fumble, but remember your long term goals. Think about how good it will feel to look back and see that you didn't let a fumble keep you from success!

The fruit at the bottom is more like jam, it's not equivalent to a whole cup of fresh fruit. But it is tasty.
