Question, I started it but am doing every other day because I work out at the gym, and go for long runs in between. I am now wondering if I should just be doing the ripped in 30 everyday????? Love the workout, I'm really feeling it in those hard to reach places too....

In the research I've read they say it will help minimally with toning but not enough to make a visible difference. Personally I'd rather spend my money on a good pair of running sneakers are hit the pavement.

I just started ripped in 30. I am on day 3 of week 1 and I didn't realize how much she worked me until the next morning. I am praying this works for me because I can't seem to loose more than .4lbs a week and I am not happy with my scale.
