I think the penny has dropped. On non workout days I eat 1700. On workout days, say I work off 500 cals, this gives me a net of 1200. So I eat 200 odd more to take me to my BMR. correct?

yep the zip lock bags are great. I also divvy up the rice crackers into a 'serving' - usually a row is 100 cals, so you get 4 servings in the pack. saves me from eating the whole pack!

Hi, not sure if you use apps at all (iphone, ipad etc) but check out the Nike Training Club. there are great workouts on there.:smile:

thanks, yes I see Wahoo works in with the Runkeep app also. Never heard of Wahoo so not sure if it is in NZ.

try the Nike Training Club, heaps of cool workouts on that. Ditto the Runkeeper.

I'd like to know this too. I love using RunKeeper but I haven't used it while using my HRM (they aren't compatible so think I might get some interference in the reading). Bump!

I love the Nike app as well. I have a techno question for anyone out there - is it possible to connect my iphone to the tv to watch applications (in particular the NIke one)? Sorry I'm not to tech savy :-( thanks
