Are any of you doing this at home? Just wondering what equipment you need, or if its best to do it at the gym. Thanks!

From what i've read (and heard) Polar seem to be a pretty reliable brand. I only have a cheapo at the moment which is playing up. so plan on getting a polar in a few months.

I just soak rolled oats in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then add milk and fruit. and maybe brown sugar if I can't resist! Also yummy is to soak oats overnight in apple juice, then just add yoghurt the next morning.

I like 3 and 4. 4 looks more for the office though, so i'd go with 3! you look great in all of them though!
-
Looks like its playing up at the moment, so just try again later :-)

I just wonder why/how when someone completes their diary for the day they get positive comments ie, good going, well done. when no-one can see what they have eaten. I'm all for giving postive comments on exercising, progress etc but I can't on a closed diary. Thats all folks. <stands back and waits for the next on-slaught>…

 wow looking forward to watching these! Thank you so much for this, and all the great posts everyone is commenting on.

Thanks, yes it was just a question. I haven't been using this site long so have not come across many of the negative aspects that people have been pointing out. (that they have experienced). I wasn't expecting so many personal attacks at a question. Back to lurking for me!

this is how I feel too, keeps ME more honest. sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone. Certainly didn't expect so many replies ;-) I guess if someone is going to post negative/unsuportive comments on my diary they would swiftly get removed.....
-
thanks I DO understand. however do they not want SUPPORT either from their MFP buddies?

Hi I have been re-reading your very first post with the equations (RMR and BMR). I think my workings out were wrong. I have now calculated my RMR to be 1446 (not my BMR).. activitly level I selected x 1.375 which gives me a BMR of 1988. this would make my TDEE 1988 + 198(? 10%?) at 2186. less 15% = 1859
