How is everyone doing with this challenge? I found the first 10 days to be a tad hard and each day there after came a little easier. Does anyone feel the difference? I know I did after week 1. Keep up the good work!

My Goal this Week!! Burn 4,100 Calories Monday PM 45 min. Cardio Tuesday AM 45 min. Cardio // PM Zumba Wednesday AM 45 min. Cardio Thursday AM 45 min. Cardio // PM Zumba Friday AM 45 min. Cardio Saturday AM 45 min. Cardio I have to weigh 175 by August 9th and I weigh 185 now. Let's do this! :wink:
