  • I weigh in every morning after I use the restroom. It helps me stay focused & on track. It does fluctuate throughout the day. But the morning # is what I use. I just don't want it to get out of control then I have to lose those same 5lbs. over & over.

  • I'm down!!! But, I'm hoping I can LOSE some weight. After doing Tae Bo & watching my food intake & I'm ontop of the water. & not losing not ONE pound is driving me CRAZY!!! I'm trying NOT to get discouraged here...LOL

  • I LOVE Tae Bo...I just started it again this week. 10 years ago I LOST 75 lbs. doing Tae Bo every morning & I was soooo TONED as well as losing the weight. It was unbelievable!
  • I asked the same question this morning & was told by many you can choose to eat some back but NEVER go UNDER 1200 calories a day. Your body will start to burn MUSCLE instead of FAT.

  • you DESERVE the credit for your HARD work YOU are putting into your weightloss journey. I think slimfast is a great idea for a on the go breakfast when you don't have time to prepare food. Don't worry what others think or say. Do it for YOU!!! Keep up the GOOD work.

  • I get on every morning before I get in shower. It HELPS me stay focused & know what I got to do for the day.
  • I'm not for sure but I think because your not eating all your calories your body is going into starvation mode. Try eating more as crazy as that sounds. Your body needs fuel.
