just ONE of the rudest things....This guy asks me out on a date but makes sure he says..."your ALOT bigger than anyone I've ever dated BUT, you seem to have a good spirit....of course I said NO!!!!

I have friends on my page that are 55 to 65...they are doing it! just take your time & stick to it. It will happen, some exercise make sure your eating atleast 1200 calories & don't eat more than you should. it will happen. HANG IN THERE!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I think so...I haven't wore my heels in a long time because they felt to tight. I didn't feel comfy in them anymore. Last week I put a pair on. Couldn't believe I felt comfy in them then started trying on all my others and was too happy they fit again...LMBO!!

maybe because your working out more you NEED to eat more....another thing is you may be losing inches. That is normal it happens to all of us. just keep loggin in every day...even when you don't feel like it. Sometimes you have to really PUSH yourself & think about what the end result will be. I don't like drinking PLAIN water either.....I add either lemon, lime, cucumber or mint it makes it better for me. I will also once in a while drink that Sobe lifewater just to have some other flavor.

even if your 100 lbs. as long as you loose it slowly & exercise & do toning weight training...you can avoid loose skin.
